- Red pepper - has capsaicin helps curb appetite, gives flavor to food
- Fava beans - source of lean protein
- Rice with veggies - veggies high in fiber such as broccoli, carrots, kale, celery. These appear to slow the stomach emptying, so you feel full longer.
